I did get to Costco eventually and having availed myself of all sorts of cheap produce, it needed dealing with. I did quite a bit of cooking, including making these rustic quiches to feed the freezer. I hate cleaning up though. Jamie? Are you home from work soon? Er no. Better clean up the kitchen myself then. Jack took this photo. A guinea pig drinking water and washing on the line was just too tempting to NOT take the picture, I guess. {g}
The guinea pig is cute anyway even if it may not be the most artistic photo. Or maybe it is artistic and my untrained eye is not appreciating the picture for what it is.

Good job feeding the freezer.

LoL
Yes, cleaning up is definitely no fun at all, but your freezer will appreciate the food. ;-)
Your quiches all lined up look YUMMY! When's dinner?
(I hate cleaning the kitchen, too. And Steve complains that I "dirty every bowl and pot" when I do some big cooking. Ungrateful guy.)
Your quiches look fabulous! I wish I had a Costco nearby!
Oh, Kristine, so do I! It's a good 40 mins away. That's a lot of money to spend on petrol!
The quiches look great. They must freeze ok, huh? I've never thought to freeze quiche. We also live about 40 minutes from Costco.
