This isn't what we ordered!
When we arrived at Word Alive Christian Conference, we picked up our key and unpacked the car, only to notice that we seemed to be in the wrong place. This was FAR too nice.
We'd paid for a 2-bedroom caravan and we seemed to be in a 3 bedroom (2 bathroom!) Forest Lodge.
We phoned up to ask what was going on and the site had upgraded us for free! Yippee!
The kids were not going to have to share the tiny bedroom, they got one each!
This is a very poor photo on account of the fact that I still have not read the instruction book for my 'new' camera. However, this was the view from the living room. When the clouds cleared you could see even more, higher, mountains in the background, including Snowdon, Wales's biggest mountain. The thin, silvery strip in the middle distance is the sea. The Irish Sea, I guess.
Unlike the photo, the view was breathtakingly beautiful.
