Now that Jack is preparing for some British public examinations, our home-education is changing. Once a week he goes to a wonderful Montessori school in a rural setting for some instruction in Science. He's going to be taking the Double Science IGCSE award next November and this term he's studying Biology in a group 12 other, mostly HE'd, kids. I love the atmoshere of this place. It has the best views in Oxfordshire, but it was a misty morning so I didn't attempt any photos of them.

This new element of serious instruction, alongside other kids his own age is a welcome development for Jack. He's also been doing his homework diligently. So far!
